Snow & Adverse Weather
The safety of our children, staff and the families who use our clubs is of the utmost importance to us. We will therefore endeavour to remain open where possible during bad weather conditions but this will heavily depend upon a number of circumstances.
1) If the school takes the decision to close due to the weather, we are obliged to close our clubs. If the clubs are in session we will contact parents immediately and will not leave the site until all children have been successfully collected.
2) If the school has closed during the day we are not able to run after school clubs on that day.
3) If we are predicted bad weather/ snow we MAY make the decision to close the clubs the following day. In this situation, an email will be sent round to all parents registered on our data-base (please note this email address is the same one where invoices are sent) to notify everyone of the closure of the clubs.
All updates with regards to closures will go up on our social media pages – Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. If we need to close the clubs for any weather related reasons we will provide everyone who should have been in attendance an equivalent session in lieu for future use.
